What to wear when you’re there – Cornwall
Planning a trip to Cornwall? The chances are you’re there to chill out, go for walks, eat lots of food and maybe indulge in a spot of surfing. With these factors in mind, plus the UK’s ever changeable weather, the key to dressing for a weekend in Cornwall is layering, more specifically how to stay dry and warm.
The style vibe in most of Cornwall is very dressed down, outdoorsy and possibly ‘surfy’ depending on where you are. There is little need for heels and handbags here, think more beanie hats and anoraks! You might want to get a little more dressed up for an evening out at say, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant or one of Rick Steins restaurants in Padstow, but even there the sartorial requirements are very relaxed.
