I tried out the ancient Japanese mediation of forest bathing @south_lodge and veered off the path, only to discover this enchanted enclave of rhododendron trees with a carpet of pink blossom 🌸 Much like life, you never know what’s around the corner 🤍

Head to the woods and try out Shinin Yoku, the ancient Japanese meditation of forest bathing, proven to be an antidote to anxiety, depression, fear, and tension.

This is your sign to visit Holland, and more specifically @visitkeukenhof in Lisse. 🌷

From March 21 until May 12 the famous Keukenhof Gardens and the surrounding fields will look like this. Just an hours train ride and 10 minute bus journey from Amsterdam, holds one of the most spectacular floral extravaganzas in the world.

Make sure to book your ticket before you arrive to avoid the queues and wear good walking shoes. You can view the whole garden at a leisurely pace in about 3-4 hours.

The grounds are spectacular, the fully nutritional meals and dining options are delicious and the training and physio centres are state of the art! The spa treatments are world class, and the prices are quite reasonable for a resort of this caliber.

Staying in the peace and tranquilty of the elegant, salt water lagoon beach residences is the perfect way to start off a day filled with health, wellness, fitness and mindfulness.

Zulal is quite literally another world. It’s one of the most beautifully designed hotels I’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for an incredible spa resort to kick start (or continue) your wellness journey, I totally recommend Zulal. The prices are quite reasonable too for a resort of this luxury standard.

I’ve been spending a few days here doing a complete body health and wellness reset. From morning yoga, calorie controlled delicious nutrition, fitness classes, physio for injury healing, beauty treatments and peace 🙏

I am in total awe of the beauty of @zulalwellnessresort by @chivasominternational 🤍 I stepped off the the flight into Doha and was whisked away through the desert to the most beautiful Arabian sanctuary.

Zulal is quite literally another world. It’s one of the most beautifully designed hotels I’ve stayed in. The Arabian architecture is stunning.

I’m going to be spending the next few days doing a complete body health and wellness reset. From morning yoga, calorie controlled delicious nutrition, fitness classes, physio for injury healing, beauty treatments and peace 🙏
