Where? Vincci Seleccion La Plantación del Sur, Tenerife, Canary Islands. After what seems like the longest winter known to man, I was craving a little luxury winter sun escape in Tenerife. I had a few days off and wanted an easy sunshine break, not too far from the UK, with guaranteed warmth in late Feb, early March. The Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago off the coast of North Africa.
