L’Eclaireur
No sign on the door, just ring the doorbell and you enter into one of the most exclusive retail addresses in Paris. You can buy everything from clothing and candles to sculptures and shoes. Think Dover Street Market set in a seductively lit ecclesiastic building, blaring out classical music. Very eyes wide shut. There are six L’Eclaireur stores in Paris but the one in Rue Harold is the archetype (and it’s just round the corner from Collette).
