Shopping in Ibiza Ibiza Town is the main shopping hub on the island. Stores open late morning and close for siesta (1pm-3pm), so the best time to go shopping is late afternoon/early evening. There are a few small independent boutiques selling boho clothing, ethnic jewellery and club wear. In recent years some well known high street brands have opened here including All Saints, Antik Batik and the Mango discount store. Also worth a visit are the weekly hippy markets. On Mondays there’s the night time market in San Carlos, open 8pm – 1.30pm. On Wednesdays the Punta Arabi hippy market at Es Cana, from 10am – 6.30pm is a great way to spend the day, meandering between the tree lined walkways and stalls selling jewellery and handy crafts.
